Your router on twitter

A friend of mine worked on an interesting project.


The project was to work on script and now: your router sends some updates on a website, like twitter.com for instance.

Why did he do that? I'll answer "Because he can".

More seriously, it is a simple way to know the status of your router (up/down) and some stats.
